Went to the Mansfield location of The Farmers Cow Cafe. Yummy ice cream. 6 people behind the counter, but only 1 person scooping ice cream. Not enough hot fudge in my sundae, but the girl was overwhelmed, so its all good. I’ll be back.
I haven’t been yet. The flavors look great. I am hoping to stop in for lunch this week and ice cream of course!
Stopped by on a Friday night in August, they were already closed at 9:30. My kids were disapointed. I don’t know when I’ll be inspired to stop by again.

Yes, they close at 9 pm right now. I don’t know if they will change their hours for fall & winter. I heard they also have good breakfast sandwiches.
